It's nearly over, so let's forgive the peloton for sitting up and allowing the day's aggressors to succeed from a long breakaway. There is always one day like this towards the end of the Tour, and this was the one!

Commentating on the same move for three hours, is a challenge in itself, but in the end, it got quite exciting, and well done to Mercado.

The OLN team here is working very hard. Remember that to many of them, cycling is an alien sport, but at this stage, everyone is an excited expert!

Like the riders, I think everyone on the OLN team has lost weight; restaurants have become a thing of the past, and the sandwiches and water on a freeway, the next best thing, are beginning to appear as a gourmet meal.
